Made to Order/Custom Apparel
Because most of our products are custom-made to order and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer errors.
Ready to Ship Items
For any Ready to Ship items (belts, socks, hats, etc.), we do accept returns. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item, and we would be happy to help you process your return.
Cancellation or Adjustments
If you would like to make any adjustments (i.e. change a name, number, or size of an item) or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we will make the requested change.
